24:00 is the time when tomorow is to begin BUT! by the time you get to that time it is today, but if you mean when does tomorow actually happen, it is never, unless you take it for the literal term, where tomorow is actually the time of the next specified day. in which case, tomorow is tomorow.

At what time do you yourself wants it to start is the day of tomorrow for you. Those with daytime jobs may take it as tomorrow is when they see another sunrise just like today. As for those whose working hours are in the night, to them it is another look of the moon to mean tomorrow to them.

Tomorrow begins exactly at 12:00a.m today. When tomorrow finally arrives it becomes today.

Its supposed to be 12:00am and 00 seconds but MY tomorrow begins when I go to bed, wake up, realize its daylight & I have to go to work & start cussing!

tomorrow begins at midnight from the time you ask it. . . but if you ask at midnight you have to wait another 24 hours. ha i dont make the rules i just say as it is!

The clock is never at exactly midnight. It is always either approaching it or passing it.

it doesn't cos when U get to 12 midnight, tomorrow then turns into today, and then tomorrow is still the next day

so tomorrow really never comes, poor tomorrow, even Santa gets to *** once a year :)
