I think I'll go with Nicholas Cage.He has come a long long way.I rem the first movie I saw him in was "Rumble Fish"He was young and not very talented or good looking.Years later we see him in movies such as "Leaving Las Vegas" and many other great films he's made....he has definitely shown his talent.

I'm thinking Keanu Reeves. He went from playing Ted, and every other thing he ever did, I heard "Ted" in the character. Lately, his movies have been fantastic, and I don't hear a hint of Ted. He's also totally hot! Way hotter than that nutjob Tom Cruise.
