Usually the first time or two can be somewhat painful. It depends on the guy. BUT it ALSO depends on the physical attributes of both people. If the guy has a very thick penis, and the girl is tiny, then it could be quite painful for the girl (regardless of how sensitive he is to her needs).
If it is a girls first time, the guy should be thinking of her more than anything else.
If a girl just isn't ready but wants to please him, she could do oral or use her hand. That's what I'd suggest.
And just because a girl is raped, it's not a guarantee that she will feel pain regarding the sex itself. Every person is entirely different.
But if done correctly, most girls will not feel pain. It should be a pleasurable experience.
There are a few girls that actually enjoy a bit of pain. Actually, I have a feeling it's more than we think. Some like to bite or be bitten. Others just like forced hard dirty raunchy kind of sex. It seems to be the quiet ones if you ask me.

there is always pain for girls during sex but if forced the pain will be felt and if willingly the pain will turn into pleasure.
