Look around where the parent fox might be...and then call animal control to figure what to do...without harming the fox or domesticating it.

A baby fox in a house smells like a human and so it will be never accepted by the vixen, that's reason enough to take my gun and shoot it.

I'd call my kids over, they'd love that.
We live on the third floor, in Zurich--there are probably like 25 wild foxes in Switzerland--so that would be quite surprising!

*SHOCKED* and say,"How could you come up here?? It's impossible!!!"
I live on the 3rd floor, and there's only 1 old woman lives under my place, and she never went out. So the entrance door is always closed and locked. That's why my first reaction would be only shocked! ;-)

take care of the baby fox, or bring it to a pet care shop/vet. Let them handle it. They know best what to do. :)

Shoot it!!
Foxes are classed as vermin in Australia and endanger lots of natural wildlife.
Plus... they make good hats.... haha j/k about the hats.
