When you first installed XP or 1st had your PC, you were asked to type an administrator password. That is what it wants. Try leaving it blank. If no go, read on.

If you cant remember it, go into windows, log in, and go to start, run. Type in "control userpasswords2" without the speech marks. Then select Administrator, and at the bottom, there is an option to reset the password. Reset it, and try reloading windows.

Dont log into admin then, log into the normal one? you shouldn't have to log into admin to reload i dont think, by reload do you mean restart? Maybe I'm mistaken!? Add details and tell me if its right and I'll edit it if I can answer more.

Well I guess it doesn't really matter what you mean all you need is to know about the password. Did someone else log you on? if so theres no way of getting on without the password!

The administrator password is set by the person who configures the computer ask them OR leave it blank and click on log in or cancel it might work.

Boot through CD or floppy and format the hard disk ( c: is primary partition for most of the computers) and install the windows. If you have data in the C: drive then boot through floppy or cd in command mode and take the backup of the same and format the hard disk. If the data is available in another partition then you need not be afraid as the same will be safe while you format the primary partition.
