How long does it take for Augumentin antibiotics to work?

The doc prescribed the 375mg version 1-1-1 a day for a very bad throat infection. This is my third day and it did not improve. Do you think I shall go to see a doctor again?

Yes go back and see doctor, you might need different tablets.
