i think there is option in run "....." i m not getting that command..plz help

If you are using windows 98 then the command is sfc in start - run mode. If your are using win 2000 then I am sorry. If you are using XP then the command is sfc /scannow . The second method easy but long process is reinstall windows on the existing system none of your files and programs will be lost but your windows will get reloaded into your computer and then you have to once again load all the updates from the windows update site.

What do u mean by checking missing file on windows?
if file is not there u can't check whilst u can use recover utility to recover the file....
