Mine are unicorns, pegasuses, mermaids and mermen. As for Gods and Goddesses, I love Aphrodite, Apollo and Atlas and Hercules and Diana, esp. the Amazon tribe.

I like dragons and faeries.

Gods and Goddesses: I like Pan (Celtic), Kernunnos (Celtic), Diana/Artemis (Greek/Roman), and Hecate (Greek).

It's interesting I like two Gods and two Goddesses. Kernunnos is like the dark, sage aspect of Pan. He is the Horned God of the Hunt who collects souls when they die and brings them to the Underworld. Pan is a God of the Forest, of animals and hunting.

Diana/Artemis are the Greek/Roman hunter Goddess of the Moon. She is an archer and the animals she is associated with are the stag and the dog. (And maybe the bear?)

Hecate is a Greek Goddess who is the Goddess of crossroads, witchcraft, and the new/dark moon. In myth she is said to be one of the original titans whom the Greek gods defeated to gain Mt. Olympus. However, Hecate was left alive, and it is rumored that even Zues revered her as a very powerful Goddess. (The Goddess of the highest God? How cool is that?)

Blessings and Light!

I love dragons, elves, wizards, and mermaids. I never really thought about Gods and Goddesses...hmm....Loki? God of mischief in Norse I think it was. I've always loved the story of Psyche and Eros, so perhaps I have an interest in Cupid and just haven't quite realized it yet!!! teehee!

The Delphic oracles, who actually did exist and their benefactor Apollo from the Greeks, Shiva from India, Diana my namesake from the Romans and Poseidon from the Greeks.

But are they all really myths?

Witches. yet those that fly in brooms. not the hot age/pagan witches wannabes... i admire the witchy previous woman wearing a dismal hooded cape, possessing useful potions and expertise. i don't know, I continuously theory they have been attractive mythical creatures.

Sekhmet. Egyptian lioness Deity of war and vengeance. She is a sun goddess and the protectress of the downtrodden. I always champion the underdog, so she suits me.
