For guys it's pretty simple. Make sure your outfit matches and is IRONED, never go out with wrinkled clothes. You could have the best outfit, but if it's wrinkled, it's ruined. My favorite is jeans, a white button down, and a simple tie, oh yeah, a sweet pair of sunglasses and a good hairstyle are key. Good luck. Try shopping at Express for Men, can't go wrong there. Clean simple lines look best on any man!

From your name and your avatar I take it your a guy. Also, I would say your very young because mature adults would not be trying to 'impress' people by what they wear. What your supposed to do is wear clothing that you like and are comfortable in. Who knows, you might become the trend setter and everyone will be dressing just like you! Think about it....

Be Simple....
More than ur physical make up , ur mental make up is more important.
It depends on how you carry urself with the dress..
To answer ur question, Avoid too many jewels.
Wear good fitting dress... Well pressed and neatly ironed one will make you look majestic and simple... Most important is ur inner wear... So choose a good inner wear which makes u feel confident and comfortable...

being hot n sexy is to be clean.check whether ur nostrils,socks,nails,ears r clean.smell good.DO NOT copy celebrities please.if u choose 2 wear formal wear,kinda keep ur neck visible.wear a chain.if u wear t-shirts-avoide shirts wid floral prints or rock types.low-west jeans r hot provided ur undies r branded.n dude,feel confident.clothes do not matter after a certain extent.

first of all just wear WHAT YOU ARE COMFORTABLE IN!
for example, if your friends like to wear thongs, would you also wear one?? man! it would hurt like hell!
