Absolute S*it. They employ the same level of experts in IT as McDonald's bring to the restaurant trade. Do not take your PC to PC World. Small shop in town, Friend or colleague who is trained or alternatively just look it up and learn how to do it yourself then in future you will have more confidence with your PC.

I worked a pc world I wouldnt send my computer there to be fixed, lets put it that way

Expensive, and not always too good, if i were you mate I would look for some little computer repair shop in your area, see if many people use them, that is usually a good indication of how good they are, if they are desperate for business maybe not too good or if you have to book because they are busy they are probably good.

pc world are absolutly crap. they over charge, dont keep to deadlines and end up loosing most of the data on your pc. you are better off going to a smaller outlet..i.e a local business who appreciate your custom and will want you to come back/recommend them. you will get a much better service from them.good luck. :o)

yes you need to book a slot, i put mine in on a pre booked slot, went to pick it up the next day and it still wasn't done, i will never use them again, i go to local PC shop, who will fix it there and then, upgrades etc and cheaper and much friendlier

i just send mine back to the manufactour when it has a problem and even if it has outlived the warrenty then send it back to the manufactour because they will now best as they made them....is your problem software related or hardware because its kinda important

really good I used them over the phone friday and they fixed my laptop in ten minutes
