A heat resistant glass jar used for chemistry purpose not disimilar to a glass coffee jug.

Go to a chemistry shop, the heat proof glass that could resist is made of pyrex, find a test tube glass if you're evaporating a small amount, or an evaporating flask, perhaps, if you're evaporating a good amount.

(perhaps you mean ethanol. I'm unable to find what a menthanol is, perhaps the closest one is menthanol plant or some kind of substances in an orange)

Mason jar and a hot plate. Won't require much heat since methanol evaporates around 130-140.

you can pick it up at your local psychotic chemist, u know, the guy with the pointy fro, cokebottom glasses, labcoat and one or two evil minions. tell him you want pyrex glass for storing brains and he'll give u a discount
