The most recent cover he has done Iris, is one of my all time favourite songs by the Goo Goo Dolls but I can't bear to hear it sung by Ronan. I have to turn the radio off when it comes on because it really distresses me to hear such a bad cover version.

I totally agree - although unfortunately its not what he wants to do more what his record label does.
PLus if they say - you will get more money singing this one rather than one of your own - as we have heard your drivel and its rubbish - just sing someone elses take the flak but enjoy barbados!

TRYING to do a cover of goo good dolls iris need i say anymore, he ruined a perfectly good song!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! what about getting rid of him altogether, they are artists out there who can sing covers brillantly and write their own songs, ronan doing covers is his only way to fame.

he has written his own songs... plenty of them and he did a lot of writing with Boy Zone... that said, I don't like the man as he is a little too full of himself.
