Im Asian too but lives in England now....Theres loads of make-up here though ive been here for nearly 2 years i dont buy loads of make up because scientist says they develop eye-wrinkles as early as teens, they dont show up till u are old enough our eyes get wrinkles 1st coz it is the most sensitive part of our skin, so delicate, & as asians we have pretty eyes.
So what u need is a good self esteem and be yourself.
If u want to be a bit lively, try what i do use eye-lash curlers nad a bit of eyeliner, experiment what colour suits on u and if it works with ur clothes. Too look best, experiment with ur hair...as what they say 'simple but elegant' u dont need to wear make up too much on ur daily life or when it comes too dates.
As 4 ur mom she just know whats best 4 u.

I think that all you need is very very subtle colors.
For your eyes a light earthy color and a little mascara will give oyu all the definition you need!
Lips just a gloss in a natural color.
Skin, it really depends on how clear your skin is. From my experience, my asian friends dont need bluch or anything because of how great their skin looks.
Dates, all you need is a more noticeable color for the eyes and maybe a little lines a the veery ends of your eyes.
Hope I could help.
P.S. If your mom says no, wait a little then waer a tiny bit and if she doesnt notice point it out to her that you can waer make-up and not have it be too dramatic.

You sound like you have very pretty eyes, so maybe a little gold shimmery eyeshadow, some brown kohl pencil at the outer corners (just above and below your lashes, then smudged with a cotton bud) and some mascara. Then use a little sheer lip gloss. You could also use a little blusher on the apples (the round bits that stick out when you smile) of your cheeks.
Try not to uspet Mum though. It's never worth it!!

Don't cross your ma, make-up at an early age is really not good for the skin.
Generally, you should start with the very basics - powder or foundation, toned to the same hue as your skin (try on the inside of your wrist for colour matching), a little bit of blush - you should experiment, in private, where to put it exactly so that you like how your face looks, and some mascara - black. You can always experiment in private, to get the feel of applying the make-up, and then clean your face well before your mother sees you (and never, ever go to bed with makeup).
Oh, and lipstick - whatever you like on your face. _You_ are the best judge on how you look, but don't overdo it to start with.
You can later add some black eyeliner (pencil is best, as it's softer), and then eye shades - again, as with the lipstick, experiment to find which ones you like. I put shades depending on my mood, but my colouration is very different (grey-blue-green eyes, light brown hair, fair skin).
Good luck! And don't forget, beauty comes from within; any makeup may enhance things, but cannot go instead of goodness and health.

I really wouldn't hurry to wear make-up, as so many woman find that once they start, they have to put it on every day. And the 'natural look' is so in right now. Woman are piling loads of make-up on to make it look as if they are not wearing any at all, which seems like a complete waste of time. You have probably got gorgeous skin and lovely eyes, so what is the point of piling on loads of make-up to hid that? If you are on a mission to start wearing it, I would think it would be best to just wear a bit of eye make-up like eye-shadow, and just a clear lip-gloss (or Vaseline). You should choose an eye-shadow colour that will bring out the colour of your eyes.
Hope this helps, but like I said, the natural look is so in!

You're so lucky having a beautiful skin tone to work with! Try mossy greens on your eyes to emphasise their shapeand bring out their colour, perhaps with a very thin, blended line of eyeliner, and a slick of lip gloss. I'm guessing you're young, so you won't need much to bring out your natural beauty.
Why not try visiting a department store's make up counters for professional advice on colours which would suit you, and how to apply them to make it look natural.

The only makeup that young girls (or guys) should wear is lipgloss or when you want to be kinda fancy, a little lipstick. If you are pale, maybe a little blush too. You shouldn't wear a lot of makeup early, but when you do, clean it well with those makeup removers and then, wash ur face. If you decide to wear makeup, go lite. With makeup, usually, less is more. (Makeup+Water= Not Good)

look in magazines, they have good make-up tips.
im asian too so i go natural colours such as brown, golds, bronzers and lip gloss etc, depending on what the event is.
everyday make-up, i only use lip gloss and brown eye liner, if im having a bad skin day i use foundation and/or blusher.
i cant live without lip gloss lol.
mascara makes your eyelashes weaker, they can fall off if you use it too much. i dont.
thats crazy! my mum lets me wear make-up whenever i want!
bronzer should work well on your cheeks, or pinky colours.
'Avon' magazine has amazing make-up products.
just remember less is more. dont cake yourself in make-up.
