unless you know where he works or his name, it's pretty much a done deal. if you know these things, just call up the place where he works or look for him in the phone book.

If this person was an Aussie, Kiwi or South African, try TNT magazine or TNT magazine on line.
They have a desperately seeking section that you can post the details of the person you met, and when and where you met in.
That way the person, or someone who recognizes him can reply to you.

Watch Serendipity. Write your phone number on the wall of a phonebox, and if it's meant to be he will find it and ring.

Otherwise you'll just get a year's worth of harrassment instead, whatever.
