First of all let me tell that nearly half of the world male population is not circumcised. Circumcisation is done mainly due to religious beliefs in Muslim and other communities. The main advantages of uncut are better sexual pleasure and super sensitivity of penis forehead. The structure of the penis is such that its forehead consists of tiny blood cells that are extremely sensitive to any sort of rubbing and gives immense pleasure while doing intercourse when rubbed against vaginal walls. But if the foreskin of penis is circumcised, then, due to frequent rubbing and exposure of forehead with the innerwear like panties these cells loose their super sensitiveness (some cells die as well) which result in less sexual pleasure and one needs more time to get erect and ejaculate. There are no proven disadvantages of uncut.

I can say honestly, since I am uncut...
It's the natural way. And many boys are accidentally mutilated when circumcized at birth. Also, circumcision is a form of child abuse since you are literally cutting off a part of the child's body without his consent.
The advantages are that you avoid the dangers inherent in having the skin cut off - those include mutilation, scarring and infection - and uncircumcized men have more sensation, which means sex is better for them.
Oh and hey, think what that means for you girls... an uncut guy isn't so damned selfish as a cut guy when it comes to sex!
Disadvantage? Only one that I can think of, and it hasn't even been proven - if the man has POOR HYGIENE, then an uncircumcized penis will be just a little bit more dirty and prone to infection than a circumcized penis.
All in all, it's really not worthwhile to circumcize your sons.

Obviously at birth the child doesn't have much say as to whether he is circumcised or not. Parents make the decision at that time whether to do it or not.
A boy who is circumsised is easier to take care, meaning, the penis isn't as difficult to keep clean. If the baby isn't circumcised then the parents have to make sure to pull the skin back and keep the penis clean under it or the baby can get infections as he grows up.
For an adult male, the uncircumcised penis is more sensitive, but you still have the concern of cleanliness. Personally, I am circumcised and would not want to have to deal with the hassle of always having to keep pulling the skin back to keep it clean and dry. I also would not relish the idea of having any infections in the particular area of my body.
From a woman's point of view, I guess it would be up to her as to which she would prefer in her man. But, I think if I were the woman, and were with an uncircumcised man, then I would want to make sure that it was clean and uninfected before I would ever let it enter my body, in any opening.

Circumcision provides a whole range of benefits. Firstly, sex is very much better for both the man and his partner, with greatly enhanced sensation for both. Secondly, hygiene is vastly superior without the penile glans smothered in a suffocating blanket of moist skin which provides a perfect environment for fungal and bacterial growth to flourish. Thirdly, comfort and self esteem are much improved by circumcision. Fourthly most people would agree that the appearance of a circumcised penis is more attractive to women. Fifthly circumcised men are able to excercise far more effective control over the timing of their orgasm, to the benefit of their partner and endowing their own orgasm with a greater power and heat. The list goes on.... and I know all these advantages to be real because I was circumcised 20 years ago as a sexually active adult for no medical reason and at my wifes suggestion. I have never regretted being circumcised and would not have a foreskin again for all the tea in China

Nowadays most of the fathers circumcise their children because of :
1- Belief : the Muslims and the Jews etc.
2- Health: It has been proved recently that circumcision is positive to the health because the covering skin of the penis can retain a lot of dirty materials and bacteria. Even some researchers connect non circumcision with the cancer of these areas .

Some people do not want their children circumcised because it goes against their own beliefs. I'm female so I wouldn't know much about this but I am told that guys get more pleasure when they're uncut. But my little brother wasn't circumcised and he found it annoying and itchy and it bothered him so he was recently circumcised.

most often in the US it's done for health reasons - problems most often surface due to lack of good cleaning habits. (maybe teaching people how to care for an uncircumsized penis would have been far easier and less painful??)
however; this proceedure used to be standard routine at birth unless you could prove there were religious reasons. they've done some re-thinking and now most doctors now give you the option.

some nationalities have the tradition of circumcision as an event they celebrate among family.
but the hospitals usually circumcise immediately after a male child is born. I understand it's for cleanliness purposes.

It is the parents decision whether or not to circumsize their baby boy. Some just think it's a cruel mutalation. Besides looking better and being easier to keep clean, there are no real advantages.
Personally I had my son done!
