Most of Indians, Nepalese and few Chinese are uncut because of their religion. Much better if you are circumsize so your penis looks clean and odorless. Offspring of father with uncut penis sometimes don't have flawless skin though others don't.

All penises start out uncut, circumcision is not inherent in nature. About 80% of the world's guys as a whole are uncut, though the rate varies greatly by nation, with the US and the Middle East being the highest I think.
Advantages: the foreskin protects the head of the penis, keeping it sensitive. Also, the "inner" foreskin is also very sensitive as well as the frenulum, both often removed in circumcision (depends on the method). Physiologically, an uncut penis has more sensation, but sensitivity is in the head.
Disadvantages: the foreskin can be too tight, leading to either phimosis or paraphimosis. Both conditions can usually be remedied without surgery and will very rarely truly warrant circumcision. Note that more than 95% of uncut guys will probably never suffer these problems. The foreskin can also quite sensitive to irritation from things such as strong soap and other chemicals.
Other: the foreskin is not inherently more prone to infection nor STDs if kept clean on a daily basis. It's actually really easy to keep clean, unless one suffers from phimosis. It's been stated somewhere that the odds of contracting a UTI for an uncut penis is 1 in 100 in the first year of life and that it's 1 in 1000 for a circumcised penis. Note that girls have somewhere closer to an 7 or 8 in 100 chance. Also, few are aware that the complication rate for circumcision (specifically infant circumcision) is between 1 and 10%, with excessive bleeding and local infection being the majority of cases. Let's assume 1% then, that makes 10 in 1000 or 1 in 100. If all of these 1% of cases involve local infections, then the UTI benefit is essentially negated.
Other common complications of infant circumcision include skin bridges, which can be common if the parents/doctors aren't vigilant post-op, and too much/little foreskin removed. The main problem about infant circumcision is that it's near impossible to know 100% the outcome later in life, as so many things can potentially go wrong.
Lastly, as a rule of thumb when considering STDs and the recent HIV issue:
condom >> circumcision ~ uncut
monogamy + condom >>>> circumcision ~ uncut

Some people let the child make the choice to have the circumcision done, in some cases the penis that has not been cut is a more gratifying sexual experience.

Some penises are uncut because some ignorant people fail to recognise the numerous benefits of circumcision - far better sex for both man and partner, better hygiene and health, better appearance to women, better comfort and self esteem, better ability to control timing of orgasm, stronger and hotter orgasms, etc. etc. etc......

I'm not cut and is great (you know what I mean). Circumcised guys lose their gland sensibility (the sensations are not so intense)
