Foreskin smells, or so they say. And you don't have to pull that piece of skin back when you go pee or get a ********.

Supposedly, those who are circumcised face less of a possibility of getting an infection. However, I've heard that even if a man isn't circumcised, as long as he washes the region well, the chances of an infection aren't high, either.
The advantage to getting a circumcision is that you won't really get infections. The disadvantage is that you'll probably need to use some sort of lubricant during sex, as there is more friction without the foreskin.

Penile circumcision first became popular only about 60 years ago. It is considered a cleaner alternative by the medical profession. It is also religiously required by all Jews, but is just a preference by the rest of us.
Personally, I think that the odds of something going wrong during and after the procedure should get this procedure banned unless it's done to relieve certain conditions.

For uncut, it is probably not part of their culture. No advantages but disadvantages, for hygeinic reasons. If it is uncut, even of regular washing, the smell sticks (due whitish elements) into it and stinks every time you open it.

Uncut=unclean as far as I am concerned, some must be uncut as the owner of said penis has obviously never requested a circumcision for either religious or cleanliness reasons

It depends on what your parents decided when you were born.
As far as I know there are no disadvantages to being cut. But if you do not get cut and you do not wash properly you will get a NASTY build up under the hood and may cause you to have problems.

Well the reason is that some parents don't like to mutilate their children. One main advantages of not cutting is:-
better sensitivity - circumcision reduces sexual pleasure.

Once you've been cut, you can never put it back. You can stay clean just fine with a foreskin - my guy does. I would not want to have him mutilated!
