Acne is a result from lots of things. Diet, stress levels, environment, health, face washing routine, genetics, etc. Each person will react differently to each product but make sure you start from the inside first. Eating healthier will help cleanse your body and rid of toxins that might result on your skin. Eating greasy, fried foods will definately show results on your face. Drinking lots of water is a natural body cleanse and the results will show up on your skin. P.S. I'm not saying that you don't eat healthy, etc but you need to take a look at what could be causing the acne and prevent it from there. Just an example: I drink about 4L water a day and try to eat healthy but I still have acne due to stress, health problems. Anyway hope this gives you some answers and good luck!

If you’re looking for accurate acne information, best to see a dermatologist. Some people believe doctors are predisposed to take the easy way to deal with acne… prescription drugs. But, with many, this simplistic answer may not be the appropriate course of action. Some feel that such prescription drugs just treat the symposium and not the underlying cause. But, a local dermatologist is still your best starting point.
For me personally, I discovered a great informational acne treatment site. Not only is there good information/articles but I got their audio e-book and following it’s advice can now say that my acne is a thing of the past! Keep in mind, were all different and there are various types of acne, so what works for some may not be totally effective for all.

Bottom line, hang in there, you will get past this! Sincere best wishes and good luck.
Oh, by the way the site that helped me is:

I know what you're feeling like, sweetie.

Water doesn't work for everyone, and alot of products on the market are a load garbage.

I had a consultation with a dermatologist, he told and picked products for my skin, after two months my skins much better!

I still have scars, but a make-up consultation showed me how to deal with that.

I still get the odd spot, but i realized there's more to life than skin. I've just dealt with it. If you don't make a big deal of it, neither will others. Everyone gets acne at some point.

You're a gorgeous young lady and you shouldn't let this hold you back. Be strong and see a specialist.

Good luck, I know you can do it. :]

This is an affordable product that can help tremendously... My 19 year old son had cystic acne which did require taking Accutane, but in used with conjunction with this Aloette product cleared his acne up, & now he has little to no outbreaks... This product is similar to Proactive...
Good luck....

I used to have horrible acne too and the only thing I found that worked was washing my face and applying rubbing alcohol.

But, if nothing you have tried has worked and you have had enough, you can get prescription meds from your doc. There are several to choose from and each has pros and cons, so hopefully you will find one that works.

You can see http://www.acne.org for a lot of useful info.

i know exactly how you feel. mine won't either. i have an appointment with a dermentologist. Mine isn't that bad though right now it's just when i have breakouts i can clear them up ok not fully at all but they always come back. I cured my oily skin with Neutrogena deep clean invigorating foaming scrub adn use clearasil daily face wash twice a day. in the first week you will notice a huge diffference.

Did you go to the dermatologist? They will probably prescibe you Retin-A, it works very well, but it takes time. Also if you haveservere acne you might be given Accutane.

the only answer to stubborn acne is your diet! And I don't mean chocolate and coffee - I mean your nutrition. Go and see a nutritionist and they will be able to help you. Your outter appearance all depends on how well your body is functioning.
