Here is the answer someone got after writing to Masterfoods (owner of Pedigree) in regards to the song:

"The music in the commercial is an untitled piece written especially for the ad by one of our Advertising Agencies in South Africa."

Which pretty much translates that there will not be a full-length song released for public sales......sorry!
