You can't. You're S.O.L.

It depends on the size and location of the hole and the material. Leather can be repaired with a leather/vinyl repair kit. Auto body shops and/or detail shops might be able to refer you to someone who specializes in that.
If the seat cover is fabric, and if the hole is not too big, the fabric can be rewoven. There would have to be enough material to salvage from a hidden area of the seat. You would have to find and contact a tailor shop for a referral to someone who does reweaving in your area. It is difficult, expensive and not perfect.
If you have comprehensive auto insurance, you might have coverage for the cost of replacing the seat, if it cannot be repaired for an amount less than your deductible.
The final, desperate move: sew a decal over the burn, such as a Pittsburgh Steelers logo or a flower.

Burn the whole car, collect insurance for it and get a new one.

re-upholster or patch it up...but i suggest the first one...it's not gonna look that good if you just patch it but it also depends on ur budget or maybe how big the whole is...

You need to get it reupholstered. I had done it twice, thanks to my careless mother. Damn straight I made her pay for it too.
