Well, on the surface she may give the impression that she is a total bimbo but on the inside I think that she is really a smart and calculative person. Her bimbotic act is just a facade to sell and market herself. Look, she has her own TV shows, books, various endorsements and now a soon to be released music album! How many of us can claim to have even acheive any one of the above?
So is she dumb? Most definately not.

But then she said that she is going to remain making out with boys that are not her boyfriends. ?, she's not all there.
