Let the Tamil dominated North Sri Lanka continue in Sri Lanka but with greater autonomy.

giving ltte a seperate country is too much.
sit for peace talks. just because they came to srilanka before some decades they cannot ask for a seperate country.
just becoz they are not sinhalese the srilankan army cannot kill them.instead a seperate state can be formed for the tamil.
no other national party should contest there.
only regional parties shall be formed.
the elections should be conducted once in 5 years.
this leader can be directly controlled by the president of srilanka.
but if the president feels that the leader is not performing well he can implement a state where by the people has to decide whether he is performing well or not.
under these conditions a seperate state can be given.
The parliament of srilanka should have some 10% of tamil people as the members.

There can be two solutions possible
1. To commence the peace process with the LTTE and disarm them forever
2. Totally eradicate LTTE from the Sri Lankan soil.
