Henna is a very fine natural pigment. It dies the skin. It will dissipate naturally in about two weeks.
You can't take it off outright but you can speed up the process. Apply a natural oil to the area and wash daily.

Q-Plus EVO Series is an evolution in the tattoo removal industry and is based on a powerful Q-Switched laser technology. The most powerful Q switched laser platform not just ensures a great versatility in clinical applications. The system combines different Q-Switched lasers which interact photo-acoustically with the tissues and IPL and Pulsed Lasers that act in a photo-thermal way. The different Q-switched lasers involved interact photo-acoustically with the tissues and IPL and Pulse Lasers act in a photo-thermal way.
This exclusive laser beam profile make the Q Plus C Evo System a unique system which efficiently targets tattoo colors and pigmented lesions without using inefficient and consumables dye handpieces really common in other systems.
In Q-Switched mode, very short pulses deliver very high laser peak power (hundreds of Mega W) enabling a highly efficient photo-acoustic effect, which reduces thermal interaction with the tissue. As a result, the unwanted tattoos and natural pigments of the skin are fragmented and destroyed in small particles that are removed through the process of phagocitosys.

Full strength Henna is a stain that eats into the pigment of the skin much the same as Silver Nitrate salts or Luna Salts do in a different color. In the time of a couple of weeks it will generally wear off as the skin does.. Lava Soap sometimes helps but don't over-do the soap, or you get a rash that can infect.

Start by soaking your skin in salt water. See how much henna will come out after 15 minutes. Then dry your design thoroughly.
Now, it's time for the secret weapon.
Caution: As with any other product, you need to do a test for allergies.
There is a product called "Pretty Feet and Hands." It is a rough skin remover. Apply it over the design as per the instructions on the bottle and start rubbing. This product was designed to remove dead skin. It will not totally take out the henna, but it will give you a good start.
Do not use repeatedly in a short period of time on the same patch of skin. You will only irritate and bruise your skin or scar yourself.
