The government is trying to curb terrorism as well as prevent/curb pornography. One of the methods used by terrorist for communication is to create an email id that is known by all the terrorists. Instructions are saved as a draft email, no email is sent. Other terrorists can access the same email id and read the instructions for carrying out terrorists activities. These terrorists access their email instructions in cybercafes, hence the need for identification proof. I think this has been explained in most newspapers in India.
All efforts must be made to control terrorism, however trivial they seem. Yes, I do agree that there should be limited curbs on pornography, not total, as is being envisaged by the government.

Today's youth is denoted by energy- abundant and enormous energy. These young people are capable to achieve any target, which they have proved, as they are the leaders in the field of IT. They are working night and day in BPOs.
The world has every facility, which is available to all. Things are much easier which has resulted youth into the circle of confusion, where the mind revolves between right and wrong.
But the irony of fate is self realization is like the dust in the wind, you just can't deny presence of pollens in the ambiance but still it is necessary for the circle of life.
Self-realization is much easy then framing and execution of tricks. A question lingers that who would teach or preach in this regard? The answer is quite simple- To every question of your life, you are the only answer and to every problem you are the lone resolution.
Youngsters today are rampantly using internet facilities for various purposes. But the spate of incidents of its misuse are on the rise. After the gory attack by terrorists, there have been many hoax callers and e-mailers, creating sensation.
Misuse of e-mails must be treated as a serious crime as it acts as a deterrent adding much anguish to the citizens who are already facing the threat of possible terror blasts. These pranksters are more detrimental than terrorists. They play with the defence of the country. Security personnel have no option but to swing into action at every prank of an e-mailer. If this sadist trend is let to prosper further, the outcome will only be that of the story of the mischievous and impulsive boy crying `wolf! Wolf!'
The offenders must be promptly traced and severely punished. Unless they are booked and publicly highlighted by the print and electronic media, the misuse will not end. It must also be notified in the media that whosoever is caught playing such pranks would be heavily penalised and imprisoned. They need to be realized about the seriousness of the offence which is against national interest.

Hey look in home or office only authorised person can use the pc. But in cyber cafe any kind of unauthorised person can use the pc. So these are for safety measures. Cyber cafes are hold the record of browsers for 3 years. Their signature is must., Only after cafe's incharge's interest only the person can authorise to browse. For children the incharge must care for them from his inspection only the child must browse. In one case one of the person was given other name and puts a other's name signature so he captured.

if i was a terrorist theni would just use a laptop and browse the net from any hotspot. Hotels, cafes all have them now. So just blocking the cyber cafes is all in vain.

Terrorists can send emails from anywhere. Cybercafe owners cant do anything. But it is good to screen visitors at cybercafe.. It might prevent some unwanted things like pornography.

Advancement in any field will always come alongwith the disadvantages.
If IT is a boon, then IT can be used for terror purpose.
Coin will always have two sides to it.
