Post graduate. It seems, many people choose a political science or history undergraduate major, but ANY undergraduate course of study will work

Law school is a three year graduate program (though it can be four years if done on a part-time basis). In order to qualify for admission, typically you have to have a Bachelors degree or its international equivalent, as well as the LSAT's. The Law School Admissions Test, administered by the Law School Admissions Council. Typically, for many schools, you also have to be registered with the Council. They will usually compile transcripts, test scores, recommendations, and send them out to schools. It would be best to check specifically with the schools you are interested in to get specific requirements.

Law school in the US is a three year post-graduate program.

The only real requirement is a four year degree. Any major can be accepted.
