Just bring it up in conversation that you cook your meat further away from the heat & cook it slowly so it gets cooked all the way through & you dont know how people can cook on those throw away instant BBQs as it only cooks the ouside, You might loose a friend but you will keep your health

You have to tell them in a polite way. At the end of the day they will thank you for it , not be angry with you. You're doing them a favour mentioning it and stopping them from poisoning people.

It depends how close you are to your friend. If she is very friendly to you , you can freely tell her about it and join her in cooking with her. If she is a formal friend, then you should just eat what you can eat and leave the rest. Well , if she is also eating with you , she will soon realize her mistake..........

if it's red meat, is not that bad as long as it's not super raw. But if it is poultry you have to tell him it can make ppl very ill; you can say it as a joke, so you won't hurt his feeling.

Im afraid Im a bit upfront and have been known to take my raw sausages / burger / whatever back and say 'Can I hav one thats actually cooked please'??! Cheeky but youve got to think about your health!!
