There isn't a definitive answer to something like that; it's too general.

Ladies like good hygiene. Make sure you have fresh breath and shower daily, wash your hair and use deodorant.

Next, choose a style that's you. Don't try and follow a trend. But by all means, if you see something you like, try it. Dress to suit you, not the girl you're after. Also, don't be too casual or too formal. Wear clean clothes and have a wardrobe clear out, get rid of those cringe bright clothes or dorky shoes.

Go to your hairdressers and get a new hair cut, ask them what they suggest. Keeping a clean appearance will attract ladies, they'll think that if you care for yourself, you'll care for them too.

Be funny and keep the laddish jokes for your male friends. Always treat women with respect and surprise her with thoughtful gifts, they don't have to be expensive, a packet of her favorite sweets or one of her favorite flowers with make her blush.

Write a little note letting her know that she makes you smile.

Just approach women who you find attractive and even those you don't, you might be surprised.

Just be yourself, and show the girl that you "want," that she's the only one on your mind. And if you like some one, let them know instead of making them wait. Girlz lurve a confident man, act interested at everything she says and ask questions and compliment her now and again. It's a lot easier if she's pissed so buy her a few drinks first!
