I'm sorry you're feeling bad today. You might try...walking your dog; lying on your back watching the clouds float by; calling a friend and telling them what's causing you to have the blues; read a book; listen to music and dance; buy a new outfit.

I feel really down today but i am going to have a cup of tea call my mum at work and have a bit of a cry then ring my best friend and have a chat about her pregnancy and try help her out as helping others makes me feel good then take positive steps toward providing mysel a better future and home it pays off. Maybe I will also play with my Cat Prince she always improves my mood.

usually in the mornings most people feel that way.however some don't;that is try thinking of a good thing to do in the morning.take a shower.have breakfast and do some excercise when you are having a shower.also if you have a partner he or she plays an important role in your day.
try smiling to the world every day when you getup[ in the morning

Some good traditional christian music, get some into your head sister. Also pray and believe in it, truly no lie it really works, morning and night and whenever you can. At the computer in the office shut your eayes and bare your soul to the Lord for a few moments. It's beautiful in the quiet times, wonderful if you can get some.

Yep, had the worst day at work ever today!
Usually put some heavy music on and bounce around my room like an idiot, always cheers me up in minutes.

I feel quite happy today!
Do something to make yourself happy, put your favourite tune on and have a dance. read a letter from a friend. call someone you haven't spoken to in ages for a chat.

I make myself get out of bed and do stuff, doesnt matter what, don't dwell on whatever it is that is maknig you unhappy, focus on what is good in your life. If you cannot think of anything then compare your life to an orphan in Rowanda or a refugee from Israel and then decide if you have anything to complain about really.

u can make urself better by focusing on ur positive points. u can do a little bit of shopping, hang out with ur best friend, watch a comedy movie or any of ur choice, read a book or anything. so, brighten up ur day!
