Do they work? How often do you go? And some people take them for weight loss any thoughts?

You should not use them for weight loss. Regular use of laxatives can ruin your digestive system. They should only be used in cases of constipation (have gone to the bathroom for many days, 7 or so), and not more than maybe once or twice in a year. They can be very damaging.
If you want a natural way to increase fiber and decrease constipation, eat lots of fiber, or have a glass of Metamucil each morning.

They work all right. Taking them for wightloss is not a good idea though. It's only illusion weight loss. It will dehydrate your body and mess you up but you won't lose anything besides water weight.
