The "silent treatment" from my wife. It would have been better if she had screamed, yelled, shouted and threw things at me, instead she just gives me "the look" and says nothing.

It was rather strange. It happened when I didn't did well but didn't received any criticism. It takes some time & heart burning experience , but once mastered , creative criticism always proves to be the milestone in making progress.
It's not punishment, but the feeling of punishment that proves painful.

I was 10 minutes late for my one class with 4 other friends and we were kicked out and the principle locked us up in the boardroom. We weren't allowed to even go to the loo!! I got so annoyed and after nearly breaking the door down one of our friends that weren't with us phoned her mom and her mom got us out of there and put the principle back in her place!! Worst punishment especially for something so small!
Second was being grounded! I am a very social person and have to always go out and see my boyfriend or be with my friends and when i was naughty my parents grounded me and i wasn't allowed to do anything for like a month and that almost drove me crazy!!

Having two of the biggest, loudmouthed gossipers in the cubicles next to my own at work. I'm repenting everyday in the purgatory which I call my office. I am being punished for every idle minute I spent at my desk before the two of them got hired.

I grew up in a small town so we had parties in fields sometimes. My girlfriend and I drove her car to this party over at Binghams farm. There were about 70 of us there. Well to make the long story short one of Binghams kids got in a fight with someone at the party. So he called the Sherriff's Dept. They came and blocked off all of the exits to the field. Some of us escaped on foot while others got away in their four wheel drive trucks. I only lived about six miles away and thought about hauling *** on foot but reluctantly I stayed with my girlfriend because her parents already didn't like me that well because we were caught doing the wild thing at her house more often than I care to remember. The rest of us went to jail. I was one of the few who was barley over 18 so I stayed the night in jail. The charge was Criminal Trespassing just because it was November and cold out so we built a small fire to keep warm and used these boards that had fallen off this delapatated barn and was laying on the ground. To make matters worse the cell that they put me in was with this guy named Todd Ness. He was a good guy but he was retarted and kept repeating all night "my brother is going to kick my a**." Anyway that charge stayed on my record for years and later on I joined the Army and enlisted in the Military Police. I had to explain this story well over 15 times throughout my Army career because I was charged with it. I wasn't even doing anything wrong I guess I was just at the wrong place at the wrong time.

I was captured and tortured in Vientnam, those little bastards drove bamboo splinters up under my fingernails, whipped me with wet cane till my back split open, threw urine and crap on me, kicked me till I was unconcious, I would say that was pretty bad, I could go on but I think I have said enough. Peace.

I was kicked out of my parents house and was homeless for half a year. All for simply calling my mom a *****. Never did drugs or anything horrible, just that one name.
