is this the problem? I don't want to solve it unless you said an approval that my intrepretation of your problem is correct

x = -V * cos(alpha)/g
(V * sin(alpha) + sqrt(V^2 * sin(alpha) * 2yh))

y = tan(theta), x = 9*x^2 / 2 * (V * cos(theta))^2
Vf^2 * y = Vi^2 + 2gy
y = Vf * y^2/2g - Vi * Sin^2(1/2g)
Vf^2 * sin(theta) / 2y - Vi * sin^2(theta)/2g
