In Islam the sex outside marriage is forbiden no matter with whome you do it. And the punishment for that is death if the doer is married and whipping (100 times not sure of the number though) if the doer is not married. And men raping little boys or little girls, oh my god, it is even a double sin.
I see it more in your society where women dont wear hijab and have sex before marriage

In christianity and non-muslims countries where the womens are forced to be naked & have sex before marriage ....
creates a society where the men are raping not only little boys but those womens too & that is 100% true
But im sure that Islam has surely save their womens no matter what the men do

My goodness, how come these rumors spread. Unfortunate that there are many mis concepts about other cultures. Although I am not muslim, I really cant imagine above thing happening. If that's so, that can even happen in any religion, country. Right?

I do not know. I've never lived in a Muslim country.
However, generally speaking, a hunger for power and control just fuels the need to wield more power and control.

They rape women too. recently a 16 year old girl was hung because she couldn't prove she was raped
