chelsea has the best chance out of all english teams to win the uefa champions league since they've added 2 of the best players in the world in their rosters: Schevschenko and Ballack. Arsenal will might lose one of their skilled strikers : Antonio Reyes and will also loose Ashley Cole to Chelsea.

I doubt it. They have a very good young team, but they have not strengthened the defense and they have injury worries in that department. They can go far though.
