there was a regular size gold fish ( I really dont like fish) just swimming in the air with an extra large mouth (it was smiling at me in an ugly way) trying to get me I think. it was chasing me and ended up going down the back of my trousers and I could'nt get it out. I woke up at this point as I was so scared.

I'd bet money it's some kind of subconscious genital hygiene concern - try Vagisil or Feminex, see if the fish theme ceases.
