This has been a common problem round the world. The only solution for this is to eradicate terrorist and othr banned organisations. And the only way it can be done is by being vigilant all the time ( To the coomon man ). There is no point in blamming the police or the intelligence all the time.

The blast was around 2 km away from the Taj. It was on the liberty plaza roundabout in Colombo 3. Tamil Tigers were targetting the Pakistani Highcommisioner (pakistan sells arms to Sri Lankan government). Only his armed guards and bystanders were killed. Poor bystanders.
