Jews Muslims and Christians what do you think will become of the athiests when they die? Will they automatically go to hell? Will they be judged on their character or the way they led their life?

Same as everyone else. They will stay as one with the world's energy and regenerate into something else.

furstly i am a rationalist not an atheist if god proves to me that he exists i will beleive it
and if there is an afterlife god will like the atheists more because that is how he wanted humans to be rational and he dosent want humans to be stupid and accept everything and accept every nonsense they hear
so he would like the rational atheist rather than the dogmatic theist
the sad thing is that if i am right (which i am)nothing will happen you just die and get eaten by worms this is the reason this whole thing (god) was invented so that people will be good(which they should be)
and why didnt you include hindus in that list is it because these 3 religions preach that god will punish atheist which is what you want to hear

Why single out the atheist? Just because they don't believe in a GOD does not mean they are evil. I know a lot of Christians who brag about going to church regularly but cheats on their wives like there is no tomorrow and even a few priests who molest children. Belonging to a religion does not guarantee a moral and good character.Besides, Hell is not a place, its a concept! its a state of mind.

X'tian who think we, atheists go hell after death, FINE! We will kick the butt of Lucifer and send him back to his master!
Which realm would you choose? If you are raped and murdered by this sob, you go heaven. But if this hard core criminal who went Scot-free and became a X'tian, where he goes when he died? Bearing in mind he truly repent/ remorse about his actions. Sure he meets you in heaven right?
What about Dalai Lama, sadhu and monks/nuns go hell? I'll join them!
What so great of heaven and so worrisome of hell, when the body ceased to exist.What is pain and joy?
Only people who are weak-minded would believe there is heaven and hell promise by their religion. No one should monopolize such realms and not by faith or belief one go there. It's their deeds. We believe in morality not BLIND FATIHS!
Heaven is on earth; so is hell!

their fate is in god's hands!!! we can't tell if they will go straight to hell or they will be rewarded for their good deeds!!
but we know one thing for certain that god is the most merciful and even those who are going to hell ( there's no eternity in hell ) will pay their dues and go to heaven after they get their punishment!!!
and who knows they too may get to enjoy the heavenly women lol!! :)

Allah knows best. no man can judge another man. it is the decision what Allah makes based on the person's deed, irrespective of the man's religion, caste, creed, colour and race.
man will be judged on 2 things:
man's faith in ONE GOD
deeds that were done on earth

The same thing happens to all people regardless what they believe.
Beliefs do not alter reality. Brain death ends conscious awareness.
