I was getting all excited about answering this question and I remembered, that it was in Taiwan 101 building... woops wrong country.

In Seoul, I haven't as yet found that 'perfect' Italian restaurant.
I went to a fairly decent one in Busan on the mountain between Haeundae and SeongJong.

Im looking forward to some more answers~ im in the mood for Pasta. I think the lasagne I make is the best in Korea.

If you want cheap better than substandard pasta, then Sorrento is ok. I like the one in Sincheon because it has REAL parmesan cheese, not Kraft in a jar stuff. It's cheap too, and the garlic bread is more like it should be.

I wish I ememebered. I ate at a nice Italian restaraunt in Itaewon area when I was there a couple years ago.
