Take a sterile pin and pierce them and drain the stuff out and leave them to dry out if you do that today they should be fine for tomorrow but don't take the skin off them or they won't heal as quickly.

The best way to drain a blister is to use a sterile needle and insert into the skin NEXT to the blister and then go underneath the blister so as not to destroy the skin over the blister. Remove needle and allow blister to drain slowly. Put triple antibiotic lotion on blister to prevent infection.
