Lower alcohol beer is simply used by adding more the product during the brewing process therefore producing a weaker beer. If you were to do this with wine, you would simply water down the taste and in would be unpalletable to most people.
While people will accept a more watered down beer, the general wine public does not find this acceptable.

There might be, but if it's anything like the beer, it would taste like crap...Why would you want alcohol free alcohol anyhow? As long as you have some self control and won't have to drive, you're fine.
