I have heard from many peoples that a hair cut on diferent lunar's face has impact on our hair, like getting longer, fuller etc...I even heard it has affects on the ocean's water.

yes there is an impact that is if we are going to shorten our hair we have to cut in the time when moon is growing, it means our hair will also grow.
