Purchase an extremely life-like male sex doll for her.
Retrofit the sex doll with a pressure sensitive transducer on the doll's unit.
Purchase a cage, and equip a watering and food delivery unit that are tied to a progammable logic controller.
Next, link the sex doll's pressure transducer to the programmable logic on the cage.
Now program the chip such that food and water will only be released at approximately the time you arrive home from work, if and only if the sex doll's unit has been recently serviced.
Cage her in the retrofitted sex doll/cage unit for about a month. At this point, test whether she has been trained. If the conditioning has failed, put her back in the cage and try again.

I really think that sex is very sensitive issue. No one should do it by force. Talk to your girlfriend. Obviously she doesn't like it much... I should confess that women do not like blowjobs. Most time they pretend to be happy doing it. I myself do it very rarely because my husband-to-be understands my desires.

whoa....train? what is she a dog that needs teaching? are you serious?are you crazy? ask her the right way and respect whatever she decides to do...if she's not into that kind of thing...respect that...if you can't..tell her it means a lot to you...if she still doesn't agree then decide whether you both still want to have this relationship...

A stupid answer (to a stupid question) but you can ask your girlfriend her favourite dessert. For a start, you can apply that on your c*** and ask her to lick it. After some time, she will get habituated to the licking and then you can just ask her to do 'it' frequently without the dessert :-))
