I'd love to be able to cook the ones like the big cookies you can get in Sainsbury's, 5 for a pound. Your help appreciated.

The first and easiest cookie recipe I was taught was this:

1 cup peanut butter
! egg
and 1 cup of sugar.
Mix all together and roll dough into balls and squash flat on a cookie sheet. Then bake for about 7 minutes in a 350degree oven. Place on cooling rack and let them cool all the way before eating them. ( BUT it doesnt call for flour you ask?) Yeppers, thats what I said. Try them. You'll see.
Blessed Be~

You can also try the various websites for the candy companies, like Nestle's, Hershey's, and Mars brands they have recipes on the packages that are really tasty. Also try the website for your ingredients, they should have some good selections. Or Pillsbury.com is good too.
