im sorry to bring u guys into my problems but i dont know what to do anymore, im thinking about suicide alot and how much of a good idea it is, but the otherside of me is saying stop thinking about, it but i cant help it anymore. i dont know what to do anymore. i cant do this anymore.

I have read your previous question too.....Well it does look serious and so needs serious thinking..so here we go...

Most of the people sometime in their lifetime thought of suicide and that's normal... But if you keep thinking of it continuously that suggest level of negativity in your mind ..Think yourself..Why you want to end your life..Why you are not able to enjoy this life...
Problems are there but they will always be there.And most of the times it is emotional stress/depression which leads you to think about it...So you have to take care of your emotional life...And most importantly no matter how much we people around here would like to help you..A professional help is what you need.
So don't delay it any more and see your doc.immediately.

Depression is a temporary state of mind.

You should go to your ER, and tell them exactly what you told us.

You will get started on an anti depressant and go to cognitive therapy and within a week each day you will feel better and be sooo glad you didn't do suicide. Meds help alot. The cognitive therapy is sooooo freeing as you learn to perceive things in a different way ....and let go of inhibitions you had that prevented you from taking risks to do some really exciting things with your life.

So try finding a cure first for goodness sakes. You are not alone. Soo many people you work with may have this same problem and just don't speak about it....

Suicide may release the soul from the physical body but it will not resolve the issues. Suicide will cause sadness to those that are left behind. Hal, how about facing the issues that are bothering you? You will find that you will become stronger in handling life's lessons.

try to concentrate on other things, like being with your mates and having a good time, exercise and eat properly. rather than trying to hurt yourself, make yourself more immune to the things life throws at you. i promise it won't last long. but you can't do anything as long-term as that. if you do that, then think how much worse it would be if you survived and you had to explain to all the people you loved why you were willing to leave them, life would be even worse then. if this doesn't destroy you, it'll make you stronger. you can get through this. XX

well, considering you are so confused, suicide is not a good answer as it is so permanent - you cant change your mind on that one!!! Go see a doctor and get some serious happy pills - they work for me :)
