cut out bread, potatoes and pasta as they bulk you up, stick to veg and white meat and go swimming as it burns off most calories(having sex burns off more!)

A stone = 14 pounds.
Eat no more than 1800 calories per day. Best exercise is swimming-uses all the muscles and you can do it for a long time, breast stroke away all the fat. Or if you are a runner, run on the treadmill 30 mins perday and walk for 45 mins. Use some free weights at home. A cheap exercise equipment is a "step up" and while watching tv use your weights and go up and down on the step. Good luck; you can do it no problem. The step-up is just a plastic step with different heights.

Be sensible with diet and exercise. It is said to loose on average 1 - 2lbs a week is the best way so you do have time.
Keep to all healthy food options, lots of fresh fruit and veg and watching the saturated fats in the food you eat , keeping to no more than 3 grams of unsaturated fats.
It is also said that planning your own wedding is stressful so you are bound to loose a lb or two with all the extra work involved.
If you fall short of your target - don't worry. Your husband to be loves you just as you are and seeing him waiting for you as you prepare to take your vows will radiate from within you your love for him that is what is important.
Good Luck and have a lovely wedding. God Bless.

Yes you will but you must remember that you have to continue the healthy eating for the rest of your life. I have been dieting on and off for over 30 years and lost it and regained it but last year I was diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes and have to stick to a healthy diet and exercise, I don't do as much exercise as you are planning but I have lost 14lbs. It is better to lose 2-3lbs per week and you will keep it off so if you can lose 2lbs per week it will only take you 7 weeks to lose 14lbs. 119lbs is 8st 5lb which is the normal weight for your age? Good Luck

Sounds like a sensible target and very acheivable.
Exercise three times a week (doing stuff you enjoy so not to loss motivation). Cut out/down on your alcohol intake. Eat three proper, sensible meals a day but cut out the snacks in between (or have a piece of fruit if you are prone to hunger in between meals).
Most of all, relax and don't completely deny yourself anything you love, it'll only make you crave them. Good luck and have a wonderful wedding

It's perfectly possible - it's only just over a pound a week.
The healthiest way is IMO to cut to 1400 calories a day (if you're a woman) and walk at least 10,000 paces a day (get a pedometer). If you can make that 16,000 you'll be well on your way.

Power walking to your favourite music with friends. I eat Rivita and fruit only for two weeks and cut out all meals. You can eat when ever you are peckish. When you go back to main meals you would have had two weeks to think about healthy meals and improve your diet. You will also want to stay active and keep the weight off. Works for me. If at any time you over eat, you just go back on it for a few days, and re train your body.

a stone in 3 months will be easily achieved if you stop eating cakes, biscuits, crisps, sweets, sugary drinks and processed food.
Salads are the key if you want to do it fast, with chicken, fish, shellfish, pork but avoid too much red meat. Complex carbs such as potatoes with skin on etc will provide you with fibre, drink plenty of water or dilute sugar free juice to help fill you up.
The key here is exercise - walk to the shops, walk to your friends, walk walk walk. Oh and swim too!
The weight will fall off.
