I am not good with percentages but it's a lot. You will effortlessly eat less than half of what you usually do. The whole issue of food and eating just becomes totally uninteresting to you. Even when it's food you really like, after a few bites you'll be bored with it. I found myself eating a single cookie one day and thinking it was a really big cookie and I didn't finish it.
That's how you know when it stops working--you start eating more and becoming more interested in food. Also you will sleep better and longer as it your body adapts. That means it's time to stop taking it for a few months and maintain your exercise and lowered food intake so you don't gain it back.
