It’s been 5 months too late now to tell her this but still I'm hoping to be with her and to show her that I really love her, But What Shoud I Do?

Show her. Do those little things that mean something. Bring her lunch or dinner when she's working or ask if there is some chore, like changing the oil in her car, that she needs done. Practical acts of kindness and thoughtfulness without expecting anything in return past a thank you. You don't have to spend a bunch of money on flowers or trinkets.
People appreciate having the mundane things taken care of once in a while. (If she doesn't appreciate it, then she isn't at all interested in you.)
I'm not sure why you think it's too late to tell her you love her, but if you screwed up the relationship, you're going to have to earn your way back in. And don't forget to put the toilet seat down. ;-)

Why is it too late? Has she found someone? Well, you could ask her out for a drink and then just tell her how you felt for her. If she's attached and you don't want to be the third party, then you guys ca nremain friends. That doesn't mean you can't tell her how you feel about her. Just let it out. You'll feel much better. Of course, you shouldn't put too much hope in her response.
Sometimes, loving someone doesn't necessarily have to be with them. I know how you fell 'cos I was like you.

firstly does she really love you and want to be with you. You dont want to do something and make a fooll out of yourself. If she wants what you want make her feel special, court her, give her flowers, chocolates, take her to movies, cuddle her, dont smother her, look in her eyes tell her how the gleem in her eyes feels your heart with warmth. Compliment her, take notice when she has done something diff to her self new hairstyle etc. Take her somewhere special an private have dinner, be romantic. Most of all be honest an yourself if you be something your not she will fall for someone thats not real. Let her see real you tell her this is you faults and all, but you love her all same for what she is.
