Some girls do and some girls dont. It's really the way a guy looks at a girl. If you just glance then a girl might think that its just nothing. But try looking at her eyes and dont look away til she notices you or try looking at her from time to time. You'll know if she noticed if she smiles at you.

O course we do. Its so obvious!! But I dont agree with lilac29: I've been stared many times and when I turn around and find myself in front of someone I smile just to be kind but if I really like someone from the first sight I turn, make him realize that I noticed him and keep walking. If he tryes to chat me up then and only then he might really get my attention... So be bald guys! Dare!

Yes, but try and keep it to short glances and a smile, we notice if someone's staring at us like a stalker too, and that never makes a good impression :)
