Depends on the circumstances the woman is tied up in. There are damsel in distress sites that have them tied to railroad tracks etc. Try to hone in on a specific area of the search engines won't give you that much. I've been looking for sites and pics of women tied up in wrestling ring ropes and so far haven't come up with much. Oh, and don't worry about the negative answers people give in here. I asked a similar question before and had some people say I should go to the doctor! Granted, these people are entitled to their opinions but I think the motivator for them mostly is getting two points for a cheesy reply. Good luck to you.
