The boxing title of General Santos City, Philippines native Manny 'Pacman' Pacquiao in my book is.....pound for pound #1 in the world.
He also holds the WBC superfeatherweight [130-lbs] title and the #1 ranking in the "Ring Magazine" 130-lb rankings at the moment.
Manny Pacquiao is THE sports hero of the Philippines and is larger than life over there.
