I also had that question until my pastor answered me. That is why there is a new testament. When God died on the cross he was crucified for all our sins. Nobody do the things they should, taking all sins in to consideration. We are too weak that is why after the Crucifixion the 10 commandments didn't fall away but if we sin God forgives us. We don't get stoned as in the past for our sins.
Some stuff have fallen away like eating only pure animals in the old testament. God said in the new testament that all He give is pure.
Pray God will show you text to answer you.

well there's been debate on the laws of the Old Testament from the days of Paul forward. To be honest, you must move with the times... and culture.. but I don't believe that you should disregard the book of Leviticus, or any other book of the Bible for that matter.
In Jesus the law is complete. When we live a Christian life-style, the Holy Spirit helps us to be more Christ-like, and therefore, we adapt into what the Leviticus laws say to do almost unconsciously... It's actually pretty impossible to do the laws of Leviticus without being a Christian. The law was meant to condemn us and show us how far from God we were. Grace was meant to patch us up and bring us closer to God, and when Christ lives in us-- we evolve and grow closer to God-- and then what He requires of us isn't so difficult for us to achieve... but we can't achieve it by ourselves.

Leviticus, being 'The Law', was fulfilled and perfected by Jesus. So I say look beyond the words and find out what was at the heart of the law... and look in the New Testament to see what Jesus said about it.

Atheism is outdated, but to answer your question, no, GOD's convenents are everlasting.
I am hoping to find and marry a boy who is virgin because I am a virgin as well.
As for the purification thing, that's personal.

hey I follow it but no one is asking you to.
as for ritual purification yes when I get married I do expect my wife to follow that and I hope we will both be virgins.
the same goes for not violating the sabbath and keeping the dietary laws its not as hard as it seems. Its actually quite empowering to do so but hey what do I know
